My name is Ashley and I am passionate about the link between nutrition and holistic health. After a serious bout of eczema for 7 years, I have learned a lot about the human body and how it works, as well as the importance of nutrition and the body/mind/spirit connection.

My health journey inspired me to start schooling at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. This program changed my life and greatly expanded my nutrition repertoire.
It gives me great fulfillment and pleasure to share my experience and knowledge about nutrition with others! I am especially passionate about the link between nutrition and skin health, including eczema, psoriasis and acne.
