Technology Enabling Conscious Leadership

There are other technologies that work to support the development of consciousness. These include things like entrainment tools, brain entrainment tools that essentially enable individuals to access different brain states that are more associated with a mindfulness or a meditative practice, so deeper states of relaxation. There are technological tools that essentially you can use, that will help your brain to open up into these states and access and experience the world in a more expansive way. So the role of technology is completely intertwined with the future of leadership and consciousness because it's how we express here, it's what we build to essentially try and anchor our ideas and our vision of what we can become. So for me there's no separation ultimately even between technology and consciousness, because it's an artefact that comes out of individual consciousness and working to create something that will help make the world a better place, hopefully.
