Chef Anita Peach Cobbler Recipe

My mother's peach cobbler recipe is one of my favorite desserts. Actually, it is my favorite breakfast too. I have even been known to eat it for lunch. I guess just about everyone believes their mother is the best cook, but mine really is the best. Her peach cobbler simply cannot be beat. I have sampled peach cobbler in restaurants in a few countries and I have never, ever found one as good as my own mother's cobbler. I need to just go home and make my own.
